Well, you'll need to either adapt the throttle body for the Mk1 fitment (the Mk2 fitment will have the throttle cable the wrong way round) or get another similar sized one. If you don't, it will be a restriction and you'll never see the benefit of any of the other mods. Same goes for the inlet manifold, its probably been modified.
Apart from that, I guess its still around 1800cc, with a hot cam and probably a ported/polished head too. So I'd guess 130-135bhp.
Might be better off selling to someone with a mk2, than trying to adapt to the scirocco?
Why dont you bend the fuel lines round to suit the mk2 inlet manifold as standard Mk2 manifold flows better than ported and flowed Mk1 item.
Easy job to move the lines
