I think that we need a simple formula
Real Golf = A1 + Golf Badge
Tin Top = Real Golf + manly habits
Cabby = Real Golf + girly habits
Mk1 Owners Club = Tin Top + Cabby + Enthusiasts

I know a hairdresser with a tintop, they hate cabbies though…said something about it not being a 'real' Mk1 and that driving one would ruin their hair.
