have branded good quality car covers ever been looked into? know they are probably expensive and alot of money for club to fork out, but would it be possible with confirmed orders and cash upfront ?

I am sure this has been mentioned before if so ignore, but the sunshades you put in the front window with the silver reflective thong to keep the sun out?
Should not be too dear to sort.

I looked at these some months back and couldn't find any I was happy with. The reflective ones are fine but nothing looks good printed on them. I would suggest the card ones as an alternative.
