it's just trying to keep black clean is that hardest thing… that was last tuesday, now by friday, and under a cover looks all mucky again…. never mind!

does anyone know where to get chrome door handles- GOOD quality ones, the one's the missus bought as pressie, are a little "flimsy" and scuff up too easily, coupled with the fact the lock supplied on LH door is useless!

did 2 x rear wheel bearing yesterday and a faint humming from rear Rh had started….. noise all gone now!

pics of the cylinder head i am rebuilding, been off to be skimmed, just worked a very stuck spark plug out ,the is going to need helicoiling as plug wiggles around..

low compression on 2 x cylinders and smoking under accelration prompted the strip down..

started engine strip

started stripping the engine yesterday, so recon head, new piston rings, big ends and ancillary cylinder head parts, not after anything glamarous, just needs to work
