I have but 15mpg… that's daft!!!!  Must be something wrong with it surely?

Well new clutch fitted today, oh and also gearbox :-( it was shot, lucky for me I had a spare 16v box.

forgot how much i love mk1's just the look from across the yard made me take the pic, wouldnt do that with the TT.

Plus i really forgot how the engine sounds, it barks.

Its now wearing a grey hood which suits it, also fitting the full grey/black interior on sunday (poss fit some grey recaros if i have time on sunday) insurance sorted for the next year @ £187 full comp with agreed value!! Got to love the classic car insurance. Just need tax on monday and were all systems go for tuesday :-)

Nice one big fella looking forward to seeing it!!!  I know the feeling by the way mate…. even seeing my mk1 outside makes me smile… the silver one gives me a right buzz!!!!
