 ive herd that once upon a time there used to be a mk1 golf meet at smokey joe's in cornwall,
If any of the cornwall mk1 owners would like to restart the meet please let me no as i think we could have some great rideouts and talk mk1's   :D  
even if we just meet up once a month would be nice to no that its not just tractor owners down here  :P

Hi, I'd defo be up for a little gathering too! Just got my mk1 cabrio back from the body shop and eager to take her out!
any one going to the vw stithians show?

i cant make the show has ive got family down :cry:  
we will have to sort a time and date out for a meet would be nice to start it up again  :lol:

Will also be going to the CVWOC jamboree today, hope to see a few Mk1's.

Steve at RK Engineering St Agnes,was one guy that use to go,Dan at Helston is another,I can contact both of them easy enough,I spoke to Dan and Steve at the Dub show today,Dan had his Mk1 there,looking good to .I took my Mk1 after a good wash and polish ,
Nice cars at the show but I wouldn't swap any of them for mine :D

yo, dan here, i won a cup at stithians so well chuffed :D  :D  :D  :D  :D. im from the roseland btw. im up for meets i just dont have the time to do any organising :(

Anyway glad ive had some intrest in the smokey joe's meet , how about we all meet up on sunday the 15th of september just show our face's and then we could sort somthing out from then for a regular meet  :) ?

Hope you find the right car mate,make sure its a good one,then you can come on down :D .I'd like to think we could get a few Mk1's together,there seems to be a few around down here which don't go on this website,bit of a shame because this is the best.
