Whats the offsets of the wheels and what size spacers? Looks like you used spacers anyway

the wheel size is 13x8 with 20mm spacers as the wheels on the car were designed for a mini originally they have a flat face on the inside of the wheel so had to fit spacers to ensure i cleared the brake caliper ….. on the rear is also 20mm spacers even tho they're not needed i used them to fill the arches…… awsome looking result i think lol

Before I email them… do you know is they do a front spoiler to match?

Its nice to see a set of the small 13" arches.. most berg cup mk1's here in the UK have 15" arches without realising..

hi sorry for the delay in responding…… yes he does a spoiler to fit … can't remember the price tho sorry .
thank you for the compliment …. i like to be different lol .

i never liked the front spoiler as it totally changes the front end of the car plus if the arches are fitted correctly you don't need the spoiler anyways .

nice one looks good, mine along with the spoiler took ages to get blended in & looking good.

Yours without the front spoiler reminds me a little bit of Marco's from Holland often seen at the Nurburgring:

That looks amazing mate! I wanted to go stripped out Berg cup but my carer wouldn't let me.

A friend wanted advice on arches and I told him berg cup or JDM style, he's gone JDM but the retarded bodyshop left the original arches on and filled the gap with foam  :roll:  
I'll be watching yours with interest

the foam will never be a strong enough base to fill the gap and will continue to crack with every twist it makes ….. did he take it back ?? I think i'd of driven it through the front door at them lol .

'Ross' - a long termer on here took his to the same bodyshop, they've made a right mess of it and 'lost' bits, windscreen, grille and seat I think. Not sure if he's posted about it on here.

But when my mate told me that was where he was getting his arches done - I could have cried for him.
His car has come back with a different (cracked) screen fitted.

Get them paint pictures up soon as, mines mostly painted now…..polishing.

That's just dumb because you need to remove as much of the original arch as possible to gain anything from them.

On my rears we also extended the new arc of metal into the fibreglass & bonded it over.

I totally agree ….. if you leave the o/e arches on then the tyres will scrub like hell .

Must admit I never thought of extending the arch inside to strengthen the fiberglass ones …. nice touch .
