Fitting PAS to a cabby?

Ha - that does not include fitting which is about 6 hrs for a hatch and 8 for a cab

We are doing a cab this week :)

Mainly due to knee bar - each job is charged on a per hour basis and are typically less than our guide time.  GTi's are more fiddely in the engine bay, cabriolet's more work around the knee bar.

It's a guy called jetta - Bill is his name. I think he's stopped doing them now but you never know, he may have a spare!

I met Jetta (Bill) at an AGM one year. Really nice bloke and down to earth. I'm suprised he didn't make more of these.

Some if them had a knob to twiddle to adjust the power if I recall. 
I'm sure some bloke was working on a system that took a pulse from the tachometer on the clock speed so it would adjust automatically.
Not sure if all the gremlins were worked out. But I've heard good reports about the system otherwise.
