Speedster Build

So only one has been built in france and i plan on making a second with a functional trunk instead of a fiberglass piece. The project has already started and plan on finishing. im going to be swapping from auto to standard. and from 8v to 16v with carbs.
heres the pics so far.

more pictures as i go any suggestions on an all engine set-up with carbs. would be of help. and if someone can point me toward how to do a front end conversion to round headlights

wow! unique one! just wondering if you will any issues with rigidity on this? if all the doors are open, the car will want to fold, meaning you may have to stiffen the floor accordingly, as for the front end! you'll need the wings, grill, lights and possibly bonnet, you wanna swap as i have all these parts lol!

Might have been easier to start with a cabby due to the re-inforced floor…

Good effort though. Keep it up - I wanna see it finished!

?

I don't get it - I thought you were building a speedster, not a short wheelbase clown car?

junk the front and but a small black bumper and gti spoiler with a 2 lamp grill and that would look the nuts.

Also that was done in the 90s so its bang on trend.

no roof for this one. i do plan on adding a small black bumper and doing the 2 round conversion from the square lights.
