just got my car back from having a non return valve fitted so if thats sorted the hot start problem i will come along  8)  i wouldnt bank on it though with the luck im having with it

yes matey can meet up at mcdonalds at macworth or at halford at kingsway  at about 11:00

What are the chances of me convincing one of you to swing by Alfreton so I can pick your brains about wiring?

wiring not a strong point but i'm sure we can sort something out…where in alfreton are you and what's problem with wiring ?

Really??? that'd be brilliant - I've inherited a project car and I've done the majority of the mechanics but it's going to take me a heck of a lot of time to figure out the mess of wiring - basically everything is disconnected and I have no referencec point, just having a working car there would help but if you have ANY knowledge of what goes where it'd be a god send!

I'm in stonebroom, about 15-20 minutes from Cromford
