57 quid plus postage i pushed the price up to that, then was out bid at last minute. 60 inc postage and you might have a deal, dont know what the mounting bracket was like,would have to be the slide on type to suit my cabby,also liked the level guage on the one i missed.so narked at missing it i made a polished alloy cover for mine today,it will do until i can get the alloy bottle.

sump guard for a 20vt jobbie would be great, them sumps sit real real low to the ground!  

im after something simple 4 bands of steel, 3mm thick, about 1100mm… two 50mm wide and two 25mm wide…

I think it was that horrible cardboard material so that it didnt conduct heat and melt the plastic air intake. This is my only problem with that idea. Although it can be annoying ive got through quite a bit of that stuff, always seems to tear or warp!

HEY, SORRY I HAVE NOT SEEN THIS THREAD FOR A BIT,I REALLY COULD DO WITH SOME TEMPLATES OR AN OLD ONE TO COPY, AS I DONT HAVE THE TIME AT THE MOMENT TO DESIGN STUFF USING MY MK1, WISH I DID. I WILL GIVE FREE SHIPPING TO THE PEOPLE WHO SEND ME TEMPLATES OF WHAT THEY NEED SO I CAN MAKE MORE THAN ONE OF THEM, FUEL TANK IN THE WHEEL WELL SOUNDS GOOD, IF YOU COULD KNOCK UP TWO ROUND TEMPLATES FOR TOP AND BOTTOM SIZE?  FILLER NECK SHOULD BE OK BUT AGAIN IF I COULD GET AN OLD ONE TO MATCH ITS EASIER.

caps lock! hey x, yes just read your post, warm air feed pipes are fine, what engine you running? got some stainless tube that i can use for that, are they straight pipes? im guessing you mean like the rohr pipes i have seen?
