It's getting annoying now!! Fuel starvation/running issue's

All is well still after the 2 last things i did, done about a 1000 miles since then without a single problem….. touch wood lol.  

The modification to the fuel pump was what seemed to cure most of the problems, but blocked the return off which has helped also.  May modify the fuel return pipe with a restrictor instead though instead of blocking it totally

Hopefully that will be end of my problems, for now at least

I had the same problems when i first got my mk1 and was fuel pump although i replaced with another original pierburg product (my original one is pierburg may be different for your cabby) and also the carb was broken where it sprays in the fuel.

And its nice to see another mk1 owner local to me, im just the otherside of ipswich to you and may be bringing my tin-top to felixstowe tonight to visit a friend so keep an eye out for a mk1 with different colour greens sprayed on it lol.
