I dont know what price gsf have given you but a cheaper option may be to find a distributor for intermotor who should sell the valve for around the £30 mark, intermotor part number is 14761

Just heard from my local dealer
is a back order part 7-10 days
and a whopping £130
ouch

Ouch indeed, last time i bought one im sure it was around the £70 mark (from vw) i suspect both gsf and vw items will be bosch, just the vw one has a vw stamp as well  

Think I'll get my auxilliary air valve from gsf
