numpty - you should have just rang me! Im only up the road, and have a 16v in my daily!
it does need quite a lot doing to it tbh, exhaust fabricating, gear linkage setting up, complete wiring, fueling system plumbing in, cooling system plumbing in along with the heating system, and quite a bit more but i cant think off the top of my head.
didnt know sorry haha
its gone now anyway. should be back mid november i reckon as he has a full time job too so its weekend work for him.
im gunna be trying to do stuff myself once its back. once its in, i can learn how things are together in it just a matter of needing something to take apart first before i can learn how to put it back together. haha

keeping an eye for new wheels as my supalites were smashed up in jetta incident outside my house. not sure what to go for as i wont have that much money to play with :/
as soon as its through the mot though gunna have to crack the filler out and smooth my arches out as theyre in a pretty bad way after taking the gti arches off, they look like theyve been rolled with mole grips tbh rather that hammerd up so so outside edge of the arches are ruined. hoping can get some shape back with filler coz i cant afford new wings n repair panels. gunna get some rear spats too n run then instead of gti arches i reckon.
this is how shes sitting at the minute looking sorry for herself. she will be restoered to her former glory by spring though
on the plus side i found a pic of her on google street view before i took her off the road pretty good pic too

not had the car anywhere i can work on it. after there were a lot of problems with the wiring and parts that were fucked on the current anccilaries i lost a lot of motivation with her.
sent her to a mates of mine in chesterfield to rebuild the engine, and get it running for me, but with the weather throughout november and december theres been little progress, even toy'd with the idea of selling it when i get it back and buying a vr rado :/ maybe ill feel different when shes running but im getting bored of not having a car now. especially when both of my dailys have been written off last year while this was in the garage.
dont worry though, she will be running and getting back on the road while im in posession!

I know the feeling though, made no progress on mine in months, but even with the little 8v in i fall back in love with it every time i drive it. You'll get your motivation back once ur blastin around in it.
How did your corsa get written off?
