Why thank you muchly  :D

Few pic's for ya
Some i took at a local VW dealer in st ives, cambs.

Pic from stanford hall

The chin spoiler is actually wedged on as i'd ripped it off and beached on a damn speed bump in south kilworth(near stanford)   . Thats the 3rd spoiler i've buggered since taking ownership of the car in NOV 09. Think its time to buy a medium sized spolier

LIKE IT!! You gunna paint the new lips black? Im not fond of wheels with black centres and polished lips, but they do look nice. Was just looking at ur car on edition 38 aswell. lol. Remember seeing it as UD aswell. Very tidy. Keep it up!

Oh and that jack ur using, i would use axle stands all the time with those. They fail alot cuz of the seals in it are shite if its the one im thinking of. Although they look nice and well made. Dont want you or the car getting hurt.

Hey mate

I going for the polished lips this time as i cant bring myself to painting brand new lips. Keeps my options open for when i decide to paint the centre's a different colour at a later date too
The Black lips have been sold hence i having to split the rims. I making them 7.5 and 8in wide this time though.

I know what you mean about the jack mate, it went down lil while ago. I topped it up with oil and its been ok since though. I do normally use a scissor jack as they slot around the sill lip, unlike crushing the sill with the trolley jack. Dont worry, i drop it on axle stands when on the car for a while.

My new lips only arrived on friday. Started building them back up around 8pm and finished sealing them at about 12. Tyres fitted the following morning. Sealer was still tacky so i did'nt blow them up or fit them to the car til sunday morning around 6.30am :)

Some pic's from inters

Here's some pic's i took today

I ripped the splitter off again hence there's no frontal pic's above lol. CL splitter will be going on for time being.

Little update
Last saturday i stripped the rear end out to lose some weight

Bought a rear strutbrace at Inters and also collected some flush rear doorcards off a mate.

Just need to buy a full mat or carpet the floor.

I also received new leather gear and handbrake gaiters in the post on saturday so they soon went on too.
