further to my previous post,
will this TCI-H unit be ok

and will all these ignition parts be ok to exchange worn parts for the rest of the ignition…..could you chech the year and that of EVERYpart for me please coz i have no idea and you seem to know your stuff

thats the right dizzy aye, as for the TCI I'd rathewr get a genuine bosch/telefunken part, rather than pattern.

and as for my loom yes it will plug in, it just needs a plug housing fitted. however I do actually have a spare on a random loom i have sat in my wiring bits box, plus the mk1 loom may even have a TCI module attached!

the dizzy has sold out of his shop but not listed as sold on ebay
do you know where i can get a dizzy from?

are them fuel system components ok then? if they are shall go ahead and buy lol

call it ?5+pnp?  I had a look and there is a tci plugged into it, I'll pop the plug on for you then all you'll need is the dizzy plus the fuel pump stuff. i dont know 100% if it'll work though as I'm not really an expert on aftermarket pumps, hopefully someone will chime in?  might be worth pming mr hillclimer on clubgti, or just put up a post on there.

as for the dizzy, just keep your eyes peeled on ebay/classifieds, one will come up eventually!

might be worth having a look on GSFs website, they do sell dizzys, but not sure if they do a 1.3 one?
