mk1 16v KR not firing up

it should work without, just need to up the idle a bit. just will be a bit ropey when cold etc

Tried the on off with the ignition to prime the pump and still no good  :banghead:

Am getting fuel to the metering head but still nothing to the injectors

try clamping your return line and lift the metering flap up if it sprays fuel you will hear it

:mrgreen:  think I have this sorted now (hopefully lol), put the mk1 pump back and got told to sort the vacum hoses out an now I have fuel to the injectors (woo hoo) but there ceased up or blocked, gona get some soon as

Right then I'm going to have a go with a mk2 16v pump and see how I get on but witch way do the pipes go on ? Whats the send and whats the return?

Can any body help please :)





Also what connects to this part on the bottom of the black casing?
