1st time respray like black glass

hi,nearly finished my golf cab respray only the bonnet and bay left to do,its my first time at spraying and im very surprised at the finish,i used the blue hvlp gun which i got off ripbay,plenty of flatting off and g3 polish the result is like black glass comments welcome good or bad lol

yep 1st time spraying,the first coat reacted badly had to start all over again

used celly easy stuff to rectify any mistakes not that i got any runs or sags
flattened off with 1200 grade paper as i couldnt find any finer stuff then used the g3 then autoglym polish the result is amazing,will post some pics up once ive brouhgt her home and built her up :lol

yea i love celly too, even if it comes out the gun awful… 1200/1500 gtrit sorts it out….

and with the new UV protective waxes and sealers, it wont fade anyway

celly i bought from local auto shop about 18 months ago it was a tenner a litre,hes stopped selling it now with all these new regs thats in.

Cracking job mate, stunning finish. Last time i sprayed over 20 years ago we used 2pack and Celly. Now im preparing for painting ours under the bonnet to start with ive been told that you can no longer get either. What is the modern day paint called/made of and whats it like to spray?? any pointers in its use most welcome
