took it for a quick blast from the garage to my house, first time ive driven it since 2012.  Dont think i will ever sell this. no other car makes me soo happy.

bonnet needs aligning from when i took it off to fit the engine,

have a set of black centers too but silvers much better, just need one more

also need front bumper rub strip if anyone has an original?

il be sending the charger off for a service this winter, can anybody tell me if its really worth modifying the charger or just doing a standard service on it

ie will i even notice the difference

needed a new roof as it had a late one on there and mines early, think im going to leave it this colour since the soft top and leather is also this colour

Oooo nice one George!! These can be picked up for such good money now, considering how much they cost new!!

What do you think to it? Which engine?

loving the merc andy. spent some doh on it to get everything working and got a new soft top on there too.

today i aligned the bonnet and both front doors on the mk1. i cant believe how much better it looks pics soon

cant get the mk1 to run properly it barely idles, any g60 experts on here?

the blue temp switch was new last year
co pot is 650 ohms
timing is spot on
coolant is full and bled

its overfueling badly but cleans up when revved up soon as you let off it hunts and splutters and cuts out

i also fitted new injector seals, a new inlet manifold gasket, throttle body gasket and the 1 meter hose from the throttle body to the ecu

Hi George try running with the lambda disconnected. Check all the wiring to this is OK. I had a similar problem with my 8v g60 corrado.

Also what ECU are you running? Digifant in your 16v g60?

If so a worse case scenario is the injectors drivers have gone in the ECU due to a bad earth. 

Try the lambda first, on mine the earth lead snaped with age and caused those symptoms.

I've had it with the lambda unplugged and it runs the same.
Il double check the wiring

It's a rallye 1h 8v setup
It has a superchips chip in the rallye ecu, can a chip go bad?

I also drained the tank and filled with 98ron just incase it was bad fuel.

Try cleaning the ISV with some carb cleaner, make sure you disconnect the battery before unplugging this as I've heard horror stories of it killing the ecu.

Next check and clean the main earths. The ecu is very sensitive to poor earths.

Also check you definitely don't have any vacuum leaks.

i heard that too, although i dont see it making a difference as i have a check valve between the isv and breather to stop it bleeding boost.. - always been like that, im gonna check the earths properly once more

Fuel pressure reg problem? Pressure too high? Can you fit a guage in line with the fuel rail or try another reg?
