I think it has to be as Dano said, door cappings for cabriolets…
Blue would be good too!!!!, another part / parts to consider would
be B pillar seals for the cabriolet, screen seals (Top) for the cabriolet, and
side trim as these always seem to be hard to get hold of.

I would say all panels including doors, tailgate, bonnet and switches including stalks

New glass would be nice as well

From the part no.s I could find

Seat foams. I think there for most cars but to be specific '83 GTI.

Seat fabric and / or covers for red stripe GTIseats. Again for above car.

Hi i would be very interested in the door seals (all) that would take the chrome trim. And any panels etc rear panel??? Series 1 and 2.

I'll second the Rubbers for the cabriolet…
Especially the front/rear window scrapers, mine are not good and I can't find any anywhere.

Yes same here.

They are about but in small numbers and not in the uk!

So a fresh supply would be good. I'm not into the resto as yet, but i'm sure there will be more bits of degraded rubber I can't get.

I think this problem will just get worse with cabrio parts, and they are becoming rare now, there are always cab's being broken on flea bay, so numbers are decreasing fast. :cry:

probably not as they are not a frequently used item but, caliper bolts!!

 

i have a 1979 golf i need replacement for all cosmetic parts inside and outside. also if vw germany could look into company made performance parts i think all of us would love a faster than before MK1.

I need specific part details (colour, 2/4 door, engine/model, model year, etc) and volumes. Otherwise I cannot work out part numbers.

as said by others , the GTI arch trims , and all panels .
