MK1 2036cc 16v ITB's 200+ BHP Project 1994 to 2011

The Kit is from Wizards of Nos , but built up from 2 kits.

The Engine has completely new Bearings through out Genuine VW .

The Engine has been built to withstand the additional 150bhp of Nitrous with the Forged Pistons and H - Beam rods and is putting out arround 225BHP NASP .

Ran a 13.39 sec 1/4 mile NASP at York Last Week   :D

Excellent

I might ask for some info regarding the '2 kits' in the near future.  8)  Will defo be running nitrous with carbs on my ABF if the standard internals allow however i'm assuming you bored it out to 2.1L for this reason :)

Did you get the internal stock replacements like bearings from gsf?

Cheers

Merry Christmas Everyone

havn't been on for a while so i need to update my project .

MSA Spec cage fitted now which i'll load some photo's of, cage is so i can enter the VWDRC which my mates race in at the moment.

The MK1 is running 13.40 sec 1/4  & 1.9 60ft  & 106mph nasp at the moment , havn't running it on Nitrous yet or with M/T Drag tyres so there's a couple more seconds to knock off the 1/4 mile time yet .
