They were normally referring to lorry drivers , he`s a mardy
driver etc… . I only ever herad it used in Leicester, never
heard it used since.

Down in this 'ere Cornwall we use the term 'mardy' all the time, for basically the same meaning; someone in a grump.
I'm intrigued by this WADCO now too. I think he just made it up for attention 8)
1989 MK1 VW Golf GTi Cabriolet, 'All White Edition' - currently having a new blue roof fitted. Yes it's not white but it requires less Cif to clean

Bude to collect my Cabriolet. Drove the whole way back
roof down…best drive ever. Many Golfs have come and
gone but I kept that one.
