BED TIME?

I usually aim for about 12 -1ish and get up every day at 7 for work, don't usually have problems.

Last night was a killer though, me and my lady went out on the beer got to bed around 5am, up at work for seven this morning - still going strong though wont be in bed till about 11-12 I wouldn't have thought

i dont sleep that much most nights i go between 1am and 2am then up at 5am or 6am

always been the same  

i am tucked up by 12 during the week weekends are different was 1 pm sunday afternoon from saturday night as thats what time i got in was very rough

Max 11pm on week nights, although I aim for 10.30. I have to be up for school (work!) at 7 and spending all day dealing with irate teens whilst even slightly tired is NOT fun  

Having said that, anything goes on a Friday or Saturday.
