Wiltshire White Tin-Top

Hi all,
I bought this car last November (2009) with a view to getting it MOT'd and give it to the wife for Xmas. It had been stood for a few years and had a nearly complete 16v KR conversion.



When I started work I couldn't work out what had and hadn't been carried out during the engine change. I own another 16v KR engine that I bought from a friend and a 16v gearbox (the car has a gearbox with 90mm flanges fitted which I didn't realise until I bought the 100mm shafts   ), so I've decided to rip it all out and start from scratch.





This is a pic of the engine that will be fitted for any one who cares.



The car is in a lock up now so I should progress a bit quicker, every other Friday is lock-up day so I will take pics and keep you all up to date.

where in Wiltshire you from ?

I'm from Westbury but the lock-up is over near Salisbury.

I'm back. The lock up idea didn't go as we'll as I thought!!! Anyway the car is in Westbury now so hopefully will be on the road early next year. I've put a post in the newbies section to introduce myself again.
