wow been a long time since i ve updated this .
so i all update it  to where it is now .

down pipe made

engine in and mocked up




 new parts painted

 wheels been  polished



seats brought then saw these rare seats and througt would look great with the roll cage will added more

Looks like you've done pretty much excatly what i've been trying to do to my golf over the 5 years, but in about 5 months!

Leicester isn;t that far away from me, fancy poping down and doing some welding for me me lol

alfie. my job is too demanding now so dont get time to work on the  projects as much as before.
c11rgd. i used a brake set up off a 1.1 that i had .so  there is no master on it.
which spot welds are you on about ??

so i thought the wheel will be to much to drive around in so . built these image wheel up .


so needed to turn the car round and not finished the other wheels so had to move it



thought i ll change the rear the lights aswell

the rear wheels are 10.5 inch wide
the outer dish is 5 inch wide
so i ll say over a inch .
but i have shorten my axle to make it work .
will measure and let you know

So l ve been working on the car lately but not had time to update . the car is basically built .
just needs mot then can go in for a remap .
will update with pictures

look forward to seeing how its progressed!!

so here what been going on

changed the colour of the wheels

rocker cover and inlet on the engine
 
loom wrapped and tucked away

 changed the standarded top mounts over to adjustable ones


sitting high but will be adjusted

and the reason why it was finished sooner

Car looks great mate, really nice colour!

What clutch cylinder setup are you using and also what is the radiator from? Apologies if you've already mentioned.

How'd the interior turn out?

not updated this in a while . but the car is final finished and on the road now . tax at the start of the month .
time to finish another project
