i couldent tell you how much the kits go for now mate but my clipper bumpers just sit in my back garden as soon ill be selling them

cheers lads. Due to the very cold weather and me working all the hours i can get due to xmas just around the corner and a little madam on the way ive not uncovered the mk1 for a while now i realy must get stuck in as i wanted it finished for summer 08 but ive no chance as you can see from the last pictures taken ive still loads to do  :cry:

Nearly 6 months down the line and nothings changed due to beeing very busy with work ect ect.
I took a few pictures a few days ago.

Given up no way mate but with my daughter here now just means the projects going to take even longer lol

and nice one frank i thought you would of got rid of the bonnet. Where do you live now then mate? but dont know when i can pick the bonnet up as my polo's off the road at the moment :cry:

Yeah I can understand your littl'un will take up loads of your time mate  :wink:

Mate the bonnet is still at my parents garage in Thamesmead down Yarton Way whenever you you wanna come and get it  :dontknow:

Hi again seen as i had saturday off work and had a couple of hours spare  i decided to put a set of mk2 golf steel's on that ive had laying around for a while.

I also started to strip the passenger door back to bare metal.

Ive been planing to polish these up for a while now there cavalier gsi alloys also known as cav slabs.
I started to polish these the other day heres how far i got (Only realy stripped the paint off and started to sand).

.
I forgot to menshion im planing on putting these on my mk1 once fully restored.
I also need to make the centre bore hole's a little bigger to slip on the mk1
