ok i had this through at G-Wagenz/gordons hoose yesterday

i repaired the drivers door lock while he installed the illuminated bora vents and loom and also installed my boost gauge

pics to prove it happened

new door lock from vw (bottom1)


door card off,window out and old lock out



meanwhile gordon began attacking my dash



after reading up on the perfect way to produce electrical connections gordon then produced the following perfect electrical connection :lmao:  :lmao:


my passenger window has been jamming on its way up so i decided to remove it,lube the guides and refit

but when i removed it i discovered the dreaded white shit plastic bit was broke….happened with my last mk4 aswel :flush:

couldnt get 1 yesterday so door was built back up,im going to order the repair kit 2nite

then it was boost gauge time and the following parts were removed


no more pics of boost gauge fitting but final results are
