Not had much time or spare wedge for this at the mo as iv got so many other things going on :( So  was finished all my other jobs for the day and decided to start cleaning the bbs that have been living in the kitchen.

This probably isn't recommend but it is by me :)
So I got myself an 8mm 12point socket then
started in the living room till I got chucked out

Started with this, dust included.

I started by removing 5 or 6 bolts at a time, cleaning the lip, then refitting bolts torqued to experience lol then moving round. I thought about dropping the air and doing it all at the same time but this was just a trial really..
So this is the bolts refitted after the hand polish.
Before

After

Pretty chuffed how it turned out. Only 3 more to do :)
The rims being aluminium have a bit pitting on them and slight rashing on the lips so I might try and get that out next but its not much. Going to try sandpaper for that.
I was going to paint the centre caps next as they have a bit flake, but thinking about getting a painter to do them now as it shouldn't be much

Thought it was a good tip to share as most tips iv read on cleaning them involve tooth brushes, sore finger tips and far to much time. This is by far the best way to do it

I've seen worse things living in the kitchen!
