Mk1 golf GL 4 door 1.5 manual 5 speed

I've owned my golf for 6 months now, after having bought it with a set of vile minilite wheels on it and some rather unpleasant modifications I want to do something with it! I found out via 'how many left' that there are only 43 of these around today and 25 of them are on the road! I'd love to start getting this car back to its original spec so does anyone know where i could find this and how much would a car like this be worth when it's original?

Thanks mate, Im making it my goal to get this car as near to its original spec as possible, which means undoing some of the silly changes i have made (front indicator lenses, red leather seats ect.) Got to try and source an original washer bottle and a zillion other bits and bobs too!

Chucked the minilites and got the original steels back on with the correct size rubber, now waiting on hub caps, clips and paint
