mk1 20vt and mk1 PD

no shots of it yet but there isnt 1 bit that is mk1 anymore  

more updates on there way soon been busy moving to a new unit

got a few more interior parts made and a few more parts on order

and a quick pic to bump with  

wow what great a build

i basically have everything to put a stage2 G60 into my series1 GTI complete with 02a box and new 100mm shafts,

but looking at this makes me wanna change my mind, can i use my mounts on a 20vt?

also i have an aftermarket ecu/loom as i think the wiring could be a daunting task

the interior is getting there slowly

and we have lighting life  8)

loving this cant wait to see it finshed

no real updates on the black mk1 as i have been busy setting up my new business and the slight distraction of another mk1 :p

got offered this gold 1983 driver with slight damage but over all good condition





i set about pulling all the bad bits off and cleaning a few bits up









i have a set of wheels lined up already





started on the raised struts



thats where i am so far, plans are standard look with wheels and lower and something fruity under the bonnet

more parts collecting, a set of proper mk1 diesel clocks  8)

spare seat collected, cleaned, and recovered to knackered drivers seat  8)

Just read all 14 pages, and was impressed with the level of workmanship and detail that was untill I saw the pd engine which made me sit up in my seat.  Fair play with all the wiring, might have to have a more in-depth convo with regards to pd wiring in a mk1 that im currently doing.  Will be watching this one.  Keep up the good work.
