another update

ive decided to make a retro style roofrack as I think they look awesome and seens as I have a 3 door and a mrs n child it wud come in handy

so I bought some steel tubing (mild steel so it cud be welded) and set about making it

firstly id bent the two sides and placed them on the car so I cud get some measurements

once id got that I set about making a wooden frame so I cud build each piece up and that it cud be welded together with it aswell

and finally got it all together and welded up

just got to make the brackets to bolt it all down and then get it powdercoated, I can make the wooden slats at work so that shouldn't be an issue

well back onto the car

I finally found where the water leak was coming from and sorted that issue and gave the interior a clean and put back together ready for the exhaust to be sorted next week as its a little to loud

that's all for now then at the end of the month its MOT, tax and insure so by next month I shall be driving it

WOOOHOOO FINALLY
