Glad you like the cab, it'll get there one day!

I actually can't remember when the next meet is :redfaced: I'll have to let you know on that one!

As for garages, I'll keep my ear out to hear if there is any about round this way.

I'm sure Andy will inform you!

It better be there soon, can't wait to see it!

That would be awesome, I havent got fortunes to spend on a garage but a reasonable price would be considered. Hopefully about £20-30 but may be being optimistic.

I can't say I remember anyone with a black dog. It was the evening you gave away a set of alloys.

Good memory hey! Well you missed out on the pictures of my S1 as it is currently then. Went for a bit of advice from people who knew what they were on about!

After a year or so of procrastination, I finally got round to getting the tyres fitted on my RS's, and set about fitting them on the car, so after the boring job of fitting a new balljoint on the daily Cordoba (which now appears to have shat its inner CV joint, how nice!) I got on with it…

Rears will get a 10mm spacer, and a bit of camber, as well as losing a good inch or so out the ride height, fronts will get tucked into the arches a bit more once I've done some more "surgery" but yeh, it's coming along…

only the drivers side is bolted in at the moment, but we made a frame up that bolted to the bottom of the TT seat (the porsche one will be the same) then welded that between the runners. I'll try and dig some pics out

Head should be back on in the next week or so, but the whole lot's got to come out again as I found the clutch spring plate on the garage floor (as you may imagine, there was quite a bit of swearing!)

So you've befallen the same thing on CGTI as Mr Horrocks then?

Good thing is i can spend all my time on here now.  :D

Thinking of upgrading my Throttle bodies from Jenvey to the AT Power DTH 16V ones.

What ECU are you running yours on James ?

going to be running KMS, it's another thing on a long long list, basically i can get a brand new KMS for the same as I'd pay for a 2nd hand DTA or similar, so it makes sense, loads of options to upgrade should i decide to go turbo later on as well…
