Cheers pal. I'm really excited to get on with the resto. I get that serious itch when I see other mk1s in 'factory' like condition. Hopefully I can achieve similar.

Poor old Jack. I hated poking around testing areas for rusty bits but its got to be done, as you know.

Glad you're keeping the same colour theme - I really like it!

Slow progress. Not had much time on Jack but managed to clear the interior just about…



Dash out then wiring loom…



I have removed a lot more but not pictured. Hopefully make some substantial progress this week.

Next stop engine. Watch this space. Be patient lol.

Made some head way. Glass out. More rust discovered. Yay.

Some progress of the rust removal and panel repair













Removed the old window guides which were shot to bits…replacements fitted compliments to classic-vw.





Excuse the bad pics. Previous two were me hidden in the loft. Thats how I manage to store all the car bits now lol.
