Sorry to jump in on Greigs thread but my car is done and I now have another mk1.

I dont know if that answers your question  

I think Greig is just about to do work on his wifes car so again, something else to do when the original motor is finished

Not been on so many threads as before. Really need to get my but in gear and get back in about the site.

Wow, after helping my mate last night start on his shell, I thought I'd dig out my build thread. Gets kind of boring when all is done and it's finished, although it allows more time for driving, which isn't boring.
