golf mk1 g40

well the rml snowflakes didnt fit!!! so iv orederd some rota rbs in staggered fitment.
lso the g40 lump is now out ready for the vr!!

gutted about the RML's they looked great.  why didn't they fit??

the fronts were 8j and et 30. they poked out loads and i had to use further spacers to stop the rubbing on the calipers.

ah well.  i really liked them, but i am sure the rota's will look good.  i'm guessing the rml's cost a pretty penny, so you should get a few bob back if you put them up for sale at least.

Yeah sold them in under 24hours and got what I paid for them, so result, there now on a mk2.

hi veedubber82, i was trying to find a set of RML snowflakes. saw them on a US rabbit GTI in a mag and thought they looked s**t hot!
you said yours didnt fit? would they have fit with adapters?
do you know if there are any still available to buy? i have emailed fifteen52(the company that make them) and they said they have stopped making the 15", and only do the 16 and 18" snowflakes.
any info would be greatly appreciated,
