I have anyway hums a little with sandpaper and some Autosol on the intake, it shows some scratches and pores still, especially on the back of the intake manifold. But it is good enough for me! :)

In full uniform!

Thans Hairyars! :)

And a mini progress report:
Bought some new parts and put in storage for later.

A newly renovated top, with the original camshaft .. but it should be changed:)
Glass blasted and nice with new valves and the whole thing!

New & old:

Blasted and powder coated stuffs.

Glass blasted.

And an adjustable warm up regulator from an og Saab 900 T16 -85 is also waiting for a shower from the glass blasting and a face-lift.
The original regulator is to the left on the image:

And one more crankshaft collected. The newest closest to the camera.

And also two new engine blocks recovered (have some in stock now!)
This particular block is according to data to be good to go, so may be it will be just this block that will become block no 1 :)

Much parts it becomes, this is a mixed selection, there are more hiding places in the div :)

And throw in an extra picture of those who also pours out a little time away from the car.
1 Ski doo Skandic 277 -1983 and a Honda 250CR -1983 (1983 is a good year! ;)

Sincerely

Well .. time to make a small update again!

Both floors are now replaced and the worst rust hunt starts to fade a lot! :)
It is mostly grinding and blasting jobs left now!
So it goes forward a little bit anyway!

Managed to make a hole in the floor! ;)

And then throw the car around and patch the hole with the new floor! :) Here with a bonus pose together with fredda_n:)

Bent some reinforcements to the floor.

And heres a real live image on the new welded floor! Welding smoke is like a London fog in the air!

And all the mounts for both seats is welded.

So i have rid of the last rust in wheel wells, engine compartment and under the car!
Really shit work to do but with a little help and a portion of patience it is now ready anyway! :)

Live image when i weld up some unnecessary holes in the front!

Some of the useful stuff when you attack rust and other crap!

And luckily I got some help from fredda_n & krambalo :)

And a little blasting as well!

And after some time, I could spray a bit of Hagmans 2-komp epoxiprimer! :)

And after that I added Hagman body kit at all joints and welds, etc..

And then Hagman carosol body in the wheel wells!

And the same thing again

Hey guys!
I have nothing new to report about the project but i have a little question to ask about the 1,6 gti (EG) clutch,
I want a stronger clutch and have been searching a bit and the only one i have find is on ebay and thats for to the 1.8 (JJ) engine,  210mm that does not fit… Like black diamond..

Any tip for a good priced clutch that can stand for some more power?? :)
