Also: new moto startup says hello:-)

Hello,

My name is David, nice to meet you all:)I want to show you our small moto startup – Driiive.com – and hopefully get some feedback about our project:-)

What is it all about? Driiive is all about cars. We want to create a place where you can show your car in a truly awesome and amazing way. Simplicity, aesthetics, accessibility and design – these are our key points that we want to stick to. Think about Driiive as a business card of your car. The car plays a leading role. The car is always in the center. In Driiive you can finally show it in way it should be shown in the first place. Awesome:-)

This is how it looks right now:

driiive.com/tadeuszmeissner Car profile

You can visit this VW Golf MK1 '79 profile here: driiive.com/tadeuszmeissner

So far we've got like +100 car profiles (not many VW Golfs yet, but maybe it will change with your help).

In the coming future we'll add some cool new features, but now we're focusing on gathering feedback from other car crazy people like us:-)

So what do you think?

If you have a minute or two please visit Driiive.com and tell us if you think that we should change/add/modify/delete something. Any feedback (positive or negative) is very important for us, so thank you in advance for your help!

Of course Driiive is free:-)

If you have any questions please write to me (david Driiive .com), use this simple feedback form in Google Docs or just reply to this topic.

Thanks a lot!

Cheers,
David

Please bare in mind that we are still in the beta version so few things can go wrong here and there:-) We're working 24/7 to make it all work smooth.

:-)

What if you could run a "project log" of your car, a step by step documentation of the full restoration process of your car? Pictures + description:-) Would you consider joining Driiive a little bit earlier?:-)

It took us 5 days, but when you accept the challenge there's no going back, right?:-)

"Project log" feature is on, here's an example of using it - http://driiive.com/jano/#/stream/. We called it STREAM, you can upload photos & movies (Copy&Paste from Youtube/Vimeo), add description and title, and of course share it. Everyting is editable.

Your move smudger1980:-)

Cheers,
David

If you have any other "new-features-on-Driiive challenges" - we're ready:-)

Nice one David I will have a go tonight when not at work. Have a photobucket account where all my build pictures are stored. Can I transfer them across ok and add some words?

No yet:/ We're working on a solution that will let you easily and directly upload photos/movies to Driiive from places like Photobucket, Dropbox, Picassa etc, but right now you must save your photos on your desktop and then upload them to Driiive (GALLERY or STREAM).
