My welds dont seem to be going as smoothly as usual, (got a sip welder and the feed seems to be jittery) anyway they seem strong enough and im happy with the penetration. Did the usual plug welds where the spot welds were but also decided to seam weld the edges for a bit of extra strength/piece of mind.
Have you got any gas left? What sort of gas are you using?
Sip welders are prone to wire feed problems in fact welding in general

I use them too but bought an adjustable regulator, and turn it down right low. Im looking for a good deal on filling a fire extinguisher

Just catching up on your thread Andy, top work on the wheel well there  8)

Mine isn't 100% still but it's a massive improvement

I like the green, black always needs so much extra prep before painting
