Thanks rich, I didn't think I'd miss the buggy, but god it looks good. The pickup is in being repainted and should look amazing when finished properly,  just hopes can get the mk1 to a good standard!

Good to see the poor old Mk1 is going to get some much needed love! This reminds me, i need to weigh you up for the camshaft and head, so ping me a text with a price for the head and i will pop it up? The head all looks good to me in honesty so i'd rather settle up sooner rather than later dude

Do you need your engine mount (cambelt) side? If not how much do you want for it, obviously if its ok to re-use? Just noticed mine is split, no point in putting it back on as it will just go again!

Ing the mk1 completely and getting it resprayed and then going to do a conversion.

Got a few bits done on  the mk1 yesterday, we put it on the rollover jig, and finally got all the engine bay and interior stripped out.

Cant wait to see this unfold!

Si, was meant to ring you today, completely forgot. Do you have the top cam belt cover you can put in for powder as well? Will weigh you up when they come back?

Went around to his workshop tonight, car looks good! If the weather stays dry I  going to meet him at the garage and go from there, can't wait to get it welded!
