Amazing build, well done fella.

One question, what was the heat shield upgrade you did on the bulkhead for? Is that to shield it from the exhaust?

Time to go for paint. i think dark grey color for wheels.



Meanwhile,
brake setup was
cleaned and painted,
discs were skimed,
all bolts were locktited and
new EBC brake pads fitted.

After lots of hours sanding and primer.






During the first coat…



All painted..

And polished lips fitted

Unfortunately, still on axle stands :(


60 bolts still waiting for polishing, other two lips need final polish,
also i ordered new genuine center caps, and Stainless valves.

grill trims and original stripes down the sides, that would finnish it off a treat 8)

needs 2" dish all round to make it look phat, although thats the best size for drivability

my project didn't finish yet. Actually, i never sell my baby, so i always continue to my project…
new updates and improvements on the way. i just need time and money of course :lol:
i m gonna marry in this summer, so i have to give a break to play my baby :banghead:

some of my future plans,
RED Grill trims, side stripes of course, :lol:
a 02j TDI gearbox
a k04 turbo setup for hit 300hp
3 gouges for center of dash.
wider lips for RMs or
some 165/50/15 tyres
an minimalist ICE
and etc…

Also i m gonna participate to my first DUB meeting in next week.
