Hi, your car looks superb, a real eye catcher. Sorry if u have been asked this a thousand times but what size wheels and tyres have you fitted? and did you have to roll your arches to make them fit?

It's been a while since anything has happened here really. The car is actually my second hobby, as mountain biking has always been my main interest.
I have purchased a car cover and garaged her away until I return from my summer holiday with more money and a rekindled enthusiasm.
Just been to open the garage and run the engine for 10 minutes or so and thought I'd take a few photos.
I still need to assess the rear ride height and dial in the front camber. I'm not yet sure if I need to try different tyres as those are catching on the rear.
Still got to paint and rebuild the handbrake assembly as well.
Also need to find some good quality plates that I like. These were the old 'get me home' ones!

i'd suggest a nice period style plate - like the plates on dubboy's 1974 golf in this section

totally agree - fantastic!!!!!
perfect look for me - totally stock, just nice rims and looow..
