What brakes are these ?

Hello,

These brakes come with my new project mk2 golf. I have problem to buy brake pads because i dont have idea what vag cars brake are this ?

Carriers marks are 255 2/2, so 255mm disc?
Caliper marks are TRW L, 38 (piston size?) and some random numbers 2789 and 2780.

And handbrake cable attach is strange ? Here is couple pic. Handbrake bracket is missing spring, nut and bolt but maybe also something else ?


 

looks like 4motion/high spec 256mm setup to me? if so, do they actually bolt up to the car?
