No real issues other than the clearcoat on polished/machined lips can lift if not looked after. Clean them regularly and apply a wax/sealant.

As Jayc has said above make sure you dry them well especially around the fake bolts as the laquer can start to lift
Look at my clipper link below, this shows the lenso's I fitted to it and how they looked etc
There are alternatives on the market now including DareRS which offer staggered look wheels so you can go wider on the rears
Also if you type BBS into ebay there are a lot of BBS rep wheels on the market now!
Whats your budget as there are some BBS RM's to be had at fair prices at mo. funk-star has a set that need refubing for £350, say £200-£300 for refurb and you have brand new RM's without tyres for £600-£650
But for budget wheels I think the Lenso's look ace and I loved the ones on my Clipper
