Replaced the front pads todayand have a solid pedal but not stopping the car, could it be the servo, any ideas

New brake pads need to bed in……
Try not to use heavy braking for the first 100 miles.
Leave plenty of S P A C E between you and the car in front.

I guess you have never had a new set of brake pads before?
