Settling In
im new to all this and have a '90 clipper cabby with a weber carb fitted. It takes a bit of cranking to start but then idles ok. I drove it home today and it's cuts out when I stop, then it's a pig to start again nearly killing the battery there is a vacuum pipe from the rear of the carb to the rear most nipple on the left of the air box which had popped off, when I connected it again, it improved idle, but when I blip the throttle, it then dives the revs and stutters and stalls.
i also noticed the fuel return line from the swirl is full of air….. Is this normal?
Any advice is a godsend
