Problem vacuüm system

Can anybody help me out. 
I've got 1500JB (auto transmission)
With a 34tLP weber
How do I connect the vacuum tubes? 
It's was already in a shop and that guy really mest up so I need to know how it has to be connected. 
The original pierburg 1B3 has more then one connector for vacuum tubes, the weber only has one. 
Just did a test ride and it drove pretty good then I stopped on de size because he wanted to quit every time I let go of the throttle. 
By adjusting the long screw that was solved and all of a sudden I'm leaking cooling fluid, I immediately shut down the motor and saw that the temperature was really high and my cooling fan didn't do anything..?
