Holley carbs

I'm needing a Weber carb, I've been offered a Holley rep from the states, apparently Weber gave Holley license to make these….anyone use these and have a reviews or advice?
The guy who sells them swears they are brilliant and runs one himself,  also noting that you can use Weber parts on the rep carbs.
