HI chaps I have almost completed my 7 year bolt up restoration on my mk1 caddy (as some of you will know :) ) I am now looking to install a stainless steel exhaust and need advise on the best set up. I am running a 1.8 16v kr GTI engeering engine it has a 4,2,1 manifold just need to know the best way to go given that the engine is pushing 175 BHP (if it starts) any advise greatly appreciated thanks Knobby

Just recently bought the 4/2/1 stainless headers myself and mine necks down to 2.25” single line so I’m gonna run 2.25” stainless from the cat back after that. I’ll probably use a borla back box because we have those here in the states and they sound pretty good on my 485bhp V8 supercharged mustang. I’m Hoping to have same effect on my 140bhp-ish in-line 4 lol, maybe just not quite so loud lol :P
