Wrong Relay

I had to replace 2 relays today, by accident I mixed them up and turned the ignition on. Nothing happened. I then discovered that I had mixed them up and swapped the relays back to their correct slots. The 1 function (hazards 191) work and the other 1 (Windscreen and blower 19) does not work. Could I have blown that relay by inserting it in the incorrectly ?

unlikely, does the heater blower motor work?

if the water got up that high possibly the fusebox is damaged, check the fuses too some of them may have popped if they shorted out in the damp

Thanks for the advice. I got the hell in and sent it in and it turned out to be relay 53, the only 1 I had not changed. Fortunately it did not cost me an arm and a leg.
