relay help! fuel pump and electric windows

Post

Hi. Ive got an Walbro 255 fuel pump in my mk1 caddy 20vt.

I'm wanting to tidy up the wires, currently have a 'free standing' relay for the fuel pump…
The fuel pump recommends 30amp relay and 20amp fuse.
The electric windows .Are there any relays on the CE1 fuse box I can use?
Or shall I stick to using a free standing relay and inline fuse?  Thanks, Jimmy.

you could use the original fuel relay socket on the fusebox instead of having a relay floating about. run the ecu trigger to D/13, fit a 67/80/167 fuel relay and power the fuel pump from E/14 or the big spade N.

E/14 is already fused on the fusebox, though you'll have to pop a fuse in for it. spade N is unfused so you'll want one inline:

if keeping the relay and/or fuse separate from the fusebox get scrappy hunting in mk1/2/3 for relay and fuse holders that clip above the fusebox, this will make your install much neater.
